Commercial roofing is a different discipline from residential shingle work, and we treat it that way. We work with TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) single-ply membrane roofing, flat roof systems, and modified bitumen (mod-bit) roofing — common systems on San Antonio apartment buildings, strip retail, and light commercial properties. Each system has its own seam, drainage, and flashing requirements, and we scope every job to the roof in front of us rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
